The device delivers current to the brain and is being tested to help learning, vigilance, intelligence, and memory. It is also being used to treat chronic pain, depression, fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s disease and schizophrenia. It is a device looking for cure.

Former US Secretary of the Treasury Henry Paulson said “He has been forthright and candid – privately and publicly – about the fact that the Chinese are rejecting Western values and multiparty democracy.”
