Aug. 14, 2015 Two Months Too Late

A recruiter contacts a candidate about a six month contract. The client likes the candidate but does not want to spend the money, so they go with somebody cheaper. Two months later the recruiter contacts the same candidate again about a four month contract at the same company. The client had to get rid of the cheaper guy, who made a real mess. The candidate said it would now take eight months to fix and that the hourly rate remained the same. Being pennywise and pound foolish, the company went out of business.
