The stories started rolling in after yesterday’s unicorn posting. A recruiter put a skill on a candidate’s resume without telling them and submitted it to the client. The candidate found out about it in the interview, pulled out the original resume and pointed to the absence of the skill. To confirm this, the original resume was posted online months ago. What was the recruiter thinking? Was it a misunderstanding or a misrepresentation?
