Apple Macintosh 30th Anniversary
Thirty years ago I was using an Apple IIc and was in the process of upgrading to a Lisa. It reminded me of the high end prototypes from Xerox and a demonstration by Doug Engelbart. Within a year I was using a Mac 128k. I was confident it would prevail. I spent the next thirty years creating art and not wrestling with a computer. The Mac has been the brush, pen and chisel I use everyday. I can open a file from thirty years ago, can you?
The nice thing about Silicon Valley is that I have met my heroes. I discovered that they are just ordinary people who do extraordinary things.
