On Dec. 3, 2007 SDForum’s Business Intelligence SIG hosted Biz360’s Faisal Mushtaq to talk about whose talking about your company.
Say your company makes a laptop with exploding batteries. You don’t know about the problem. Biz360 can find out if anybody has posted a comment about it. They can measure what is being said and by who. Supposedly this will help companies improve customer satisfaction but I worry it could also be used to silence or manage news about a company.
Perhaps the solution is to make better products rather than trying to manage bad news.
Biz360 deserves more study to see all the ramifications of their technology.
